Let me be your matchmaker I grew up in Saratoga Springs, NY, moving to San Francisco 25 years ago to help run my father’s successful business. In 2012, my father bought a mountain top ranch just outside Mariposa, and I began my love affair with this gorgeous part of California. Beautiful mountains, fresh air and friendly people, the Mariposa area is a special place. Today, Mariposa is my full-time home, along with my wife, Carolyn, and our daughter, Charlotte and son Phoenix. Over the past decade, in partnership with my father, we acquired five properties that we rent through AirBnB. It was my job to find suitable houses/ranches, negotiate the purchase, then market and manage the rentals. Meeting our guests over the years has been a labor of love as I share my enthusiasm for the natural beauty and power of this area. From time to time, people would ask “can you help us find a place to live around here?” I’m happy to say that I can. I became a realtor, not only because of my love for Mariposa, but also because of the huge impact purchasing property has made for the financial stability of our family. In addition to my focus on real estate, I am a “foodie,” trained as a French Chef. I love photography, horseback riding, white water rafting, hiking, off-roading, working with the animals on my dad’s farm (horses & cows), and most importantly -- spending time with my family.
